Very very good overall experience. The hotel with lovely sized and new-fashioned rooms, in a very nice area, right across from the train station. Quiet and nice location, within short walking distance to everywhere.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this fantastic property! . Our room was lovely sized and complete with cooking facilities. All the staff was very helpful and helpful :).

The very nice and attentive person. showed a lot of interest in explaining well certain tourist routes in Madrid and thanks to that I took better advantage of my stay. . I didn't use it, as the hotel is a 10 minute drive from the center of Madrid, but at the door for a bus every 15 minutes that leaves in the center for a euro and a bit. The area has easy free parking and there are restaurants, banks and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean all the time. For putting a glue, that I don't know if it was necessary to ask for it, I bought it, in the kitchen there was no loofah with which to scrub the pots that got dirty. The truth is that the quality and price is great, when I go to Madrid I will stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like, for putting something like I indicated above, although I don't know if it was ordered at the reception. There was no scouring pad to wash the dishes and a small scoop to warm up the milk at breakfast.

Liked our stay at this functional hotel, it was very good! The staff were efficient, quiet and excellent location to major cultural sites.

What a really good stay, no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean hotel in a functional building really close to the city center of Madrid and La Florida. Peaceful position right across from the train station.

I have been freezing the all night. It seem that the heat could not start when I swithc it on and on 25C. Outside it was -5 and the isolation of the windows is very poor.

The bed very hard and creaking like an ancient wooden bed!!

The room had central heating, a nice flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave, which was great. the bed was super comfy, and there was even a bath. 🛁 the staff were all really helpful and greeted us warmly.

I really liked this hotel. The reception was very friendlily and helpful. I felt myself very comfortable. It is a new niece designed hotel with a wonderful garden, cafe and restaurant. It is situated in a quiet place on the outskirts of Madrid just on the road a6 on which I had to continue my journey. Next time I'll definitely choose it again.

Just only two things: it wasn't very easy to find and an expensive Internet

Spacious Gym with Sauna. After a long day exploring Madrid, I decided to hit the gym at the hotel. I have to say, it was more than just a gym - it was a fitness haven! The equipment was top-notch, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind. It felt like I was in my own personal spa, without the hefty price tag.

Th La Florida Madrid offers great value for money. The basic apartment is spacious and comes with cooking facilities, making it convenient for families or groups of friends. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing good service. Additionally, the hotel has basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a good bathroom. The breakfast options are satisfactory.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Over the Christmas holidays, I had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and had all the basic facilities needed. The location was also perfect as it was close to a bus station and a train station which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were some issues that could be improved upon. The internet connection was slow and unreliable at times which was a bit frustrating.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Spain that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the cooking facilities and the good-sized bathroom.
